Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking 30 days prior to your arrival date may incur a $25.00 administrative fee;
Cancellation of a booking 30 days or less prior to arrival will incur a 50% tariff of the total booking or your booking maybe transferred to another date within 6 months, subject to availability and rate change;
Cancellation of a booking 7 days or less will incur a full tariff charge and is non transferable;
In the event that room(s) are rebooked, a refund will be made; less the administrative fee and associated credit card charges if applicable;
Cancellation of ancillary bookings less than 7 days will incur the full service fee. (In-house massage, relaxation or beauty treatments).
