We had such a beautiful weekend stay! Took a trip to Daylesford for our anniversary and was not disappointed by the accommodation. Great amenities and very cozy. Beautiful view from the living room to the gorgeous garden - felt very secluded. We highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The flat is just perfect and overlooks the most beautiful garden. The space was very clean, had nice furniture and included all of the necessities for a relaxing few night stay. David provided us with all the information we needed, including recommendations of restaurants, local attractions and spas. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible hospitality - we came in late in the day (10 pm due to prior commitment) and they were so sweet to text us to be careful about the slippery path as it had rained, and they even left the heater on for us. The spa was absolutely lovely. I would book again in a heartbeat

Fantastic location within walking distance to everything you need. Spacious, clean and comfortable accomodation with beautiful gardens and large windows to take it all in. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Would definitely stay again
“Absolutely Lovely”

Deidre and David's airbnb was absolutely lovely! We stayed for two nights for a getaway and did not expect to be surrounded by a beautiful garden and lush greenery. We were able to have a car park spot for ourselves, easily accessible and easy instructions to check in. Even though we did not meet Deidre and David face to face, Deidre was helpful and responsive to all our messages and was so accommodating. The place was spotless, the decor makes you feel right at home and the welcome guest book gave us ideas and guidance to ensure we had a great stay. To add on top, the spa was immaculate after a days hike and easy to use. The air conditioning was great as we went on a hot summers weekend but felt it was still quiet cool without the air conditioning. If you are wanting to stay in Daylesford, I recommend this beautiful stay as it is a 5 minute walk to local shops and cafes and close to Daylesford attractions. Thank you so much David and Deidre! May be back before you know it :)
A lovely, cosy stay

A lovely, cosy stay right in the heart of Daylesford. The apartment is only a short walking distance to the main street of Daylesford and the lake. The apartment was immaculate and the little things provided made us feel right at home. Deidre and David were great communicators. I highly recommend their apartment and hope to visit Daylesford again soon.
wonderful weekend getaway

Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway, David and Deidre. Pictures do not do this place justice - was wonderfully designed and smelt so welcoming. The yard was wonderful. Deidre was quick to respond to messages, and David hospitably invited us to share in his home brew. We were exhausted from a wonderful day exploring the surroundings and this cottage was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

We had a great two nights stay here. We often stay in Daylesford, but have never stayed anywhere this close to town. Very accessible to everything, highly recommend.

We had a great time coming over to Daylesford for New Year's Eve and staying at Azidene House. Looking back we think it was the best option for our Daylesford visit really! Here are our reasons - see for yourself:
1. Beautiful facility with lots of light coming from French windows, lovely garden right outside, private entrance, very very spacious lounge and dining area, fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub - all you need for a relaxing stay really.
2. Perfect location - right in the middle between the city center and the lake. Fancy a nice meal or some social time - walk 5 min to the very heart of Daylesford with lots of cafes, restaurants and vintage shops. Fancy some piece and quiet - walk 5 min in the opposite direction to find yourself on the walking track around the calm lake.
3. Very welcoming hosts who made sure you have all you need for breakfasts and some champagne to celebrate your arrival.
We would definitely come back here again, maybe in winter this time.

This property is absolutely stunning! Centrally located you can literally walk to everything in Dayelsford - the Lake, the main strip of shops, restaurants and bars. The accommodation is beautiful and very luxurious - big windows and a beautiful gas fire. A huge bath and everything you could possibly need... even breakfast is provided with eggs, break and milk! Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again on my next trip to Dayelsford!

I booked in for two nights at the weekend for my boyfriend's birthday as a surprise - and he was very happy! The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the town centre but in a quieter location so you don't get the street noise. It is such a beautiful apartment, really spacious and well presented with everything you could need. It looks great in the photos but it's even better in real life. The best bit has got to be the spa bath - it's massive and there is plenty of hot water to enjoy using it in the evenings. The fire really warms up the whole space and we were very grateful for the electric blanket as it got chilly at night. The owners were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and if I came back I would stay here again.
